The year was 1997, and Hidden Valley had just 'grown-up' from a loose collective of homes at the far northern edge of Calgary.  That was when a handful of communities and interest groups banded together to help form the Nose Creek and Recreation Association to estblish and spearhead the development of Cardel Place in north central Calgary.  Hidden Valley was one of the seven founding organizations.  On September 20th 2004, Cardel Place opened its dorrs to the public and has since experienced over five million visitors to its incredible facility.  The residents of Hidden Valley need only climb over the large hill to their north-east to visit this multi-use recreation centre that enhances the health of its community-users, building wellness and truly improving upon quality of life.  Please check out their website for more information by clicking below:
