-Our Outdoor Hockey Program typically runs between December and February (weather dependent).
-Hockey is organized and provided by the Hidden Valley Community Associaiton but is parent coached.
-All practices and games are played at the Hidden Hut Outdoor RInk at #10504 Hidden Valley Drive.
-All practices and games are every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning.
-A league table is not created and scores are not kept - pure fun!
-Hockey teams are coordinated as a boy/girl mix based on the following three age groups:
-
- Ages 6-8 (Born 2004, 2005, 2006)
- Ages 9-11 (Born 2001, 2002, 2003)
- Ages 12 -14 (Born 1998, 1999. 2000)
- Ages 15-17 (Born 1995, 1996, 1997)
Cost is $70.00 per child for all age groups.
All Hidden Valley Community Association Sports Program are run completely by volunteers. To register one parent must volunteer in one of the following positions:

- Coach (Ages 6 to 8)
- Coach (Ages 9 to 11)
- Coach (Ages 12 to 14)
- Coach (Ages 15-17)
- Assistant Coach (Ages 6 to 8)
- Assistant Coach (Ages 9 to 11)
- Assistant Coach (Ages 12 to 14)
- Assistant Coach (Ages 15-17)
- Rink Maintenance Coordinator
- Ice Cleaning Lead (Ages 6 to 8)
- Ice Cleaning Lead (Ages 9 to 11)
- Ice Cleaning Lead (Ages 12 to 14)
- Ice Cleaning Lead (Ages 15-17)
- Winterfest Volunteers
- Fundraising (i.e. Casino, Bottle Drive, other)
Note: All teams (Mandatory) will be required to help maintain the ice surface during the season.
